Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and paid access for Structurify.ai.
1. Paid Access
Commercial Purchases Are Generally Non-Refundable
Paid access is generally final and non-refundable once activated. Commercial purchases cannot usually be returned or exchanged for cash.
We encourage you to:
- Use evaluation access first to assess the service
- Validate the workflow with your specific documents before activating paid usage
- Move to production only when you're confident the service meets your needs
2. Evaluation Access
Evaluation access provided upon registration:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be transferred to another account
- Are provided to evaluate the service
- May be limited to one allocation per person/organization
3. Account Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to the service will be terminated immediately
- Any unused prepaid access may be forfeited
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- No refunds will be issued for unused paid access
Before Cancelling
We recommend that you:
- Export any data you wish to keep
- Use any remaining paid access before closing the account
- Download your extraction templates if needed
4. Exceptions
We may consider refunds or account adjustments on a case-by-case basis for:
Technical Errors
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
- Service outages that prevented use of paid access
- Significant bugs that caused paid usage to be consumed without proper service delivery
Billing Errors
- Incorrect amounts charged
- Unauthorized transactions (with verification)
To request a review, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction with:
- Your account email
- Transaction date and amount
- Description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.)
5. Enterprise Customers
Enterprise customers with custom agreements may have different refund terms as specified in their contracts. Please refer to your enterprise agreement or contact your account manager.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us:
- Your account may be immediately suspended
- You will be responsible for any chargeback fees
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
