Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and credit purchases for Structurify.ai.

1. Credit Purchases

Credits are Non-Refundable

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase credits, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

We encourage you to:

  • Use your evaluation credits first to assess the service
  • Start with a small credit purchase to test with your specific documents
  • Only purchase additional credits when you're confident the service meets your needs

2. Evaluation Credits

Evaluation credits provided upon registration:

  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be transferred to another account
  • Are provided to evaluate the service
  • May be limited to one allocation per person/organization

3. Account Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to the service will be terminated immediately
  • All unused credits will be forfeited
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • No refunds will be issued for unused credits

Before Cancelling

We recommend that you:

  • Export any data you wish to keep
  • Use any remaining credits
  • Download your extraction templates if needed

4. Exceptions

We may consider refunds or credit adjustments on a case-by-case basis for:

Technical Errors

  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Service outages that prevented use of purchased credits
  • Significant bugs that caused credit consumption without proper service delivery

Billing Errors

  • Incorrect amounts charged
  • Unauthorized transactions (with verification)

To request a review, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction with:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Description of the issue
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.)

5. Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers with custom agreements may have different refund terms as specified in their contracts. Please refer to your enterprise agreement or contact your account manager.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended
  • You will be responsible for any chargeback fees
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. How to Request Support

For billing questions, refund requests, or account issues:

Our support team typically responds within 24 hours on business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
