"My team isn't technical. Can we actually use this?"
Yes. Structurify is designed for business users, not developers. Choose a template, upload documents, export results. That's it. If you can use email, you can use Structurify. For teams that want API access, we have that too—but it's optional.
"How does the credit system work?"
One credit = one document extraction. Upload a 50-page contract? One credit. Upload a single-page invoice? One credit. Credits are only consumed on successful extractions. Multi-page documents don't cost more.
"What if I don't like it after paying?"

Traditional OCR just converts images to text—it doesn't understand what it's reading. Structurify uses AI that understands document structure. It knows "£1,500" is the "Total Amount" field, not just random text. It understands tables, handles multiple formats, and gives you confidence scores so you know what to trust. On well-structured documents, we achieve 93%+ accuracy.
"What does 93% accuracy actually mean?"
It means on invoices, tax forms, and standard contracts, 93%+ of extracted fields are correct. Each field comes with a confidence score (0-100%), so you can automatically approve high-confidence results and review only the uncertain ones. This is dramatically better than manual entry, which typically has 3-4% error rates.
"What about poor quality scans or photos?"
Our AI is designed for real-world documents, not perfect scans. Confidence scores will tell you when extraction quality is affected. For best results: ensure the full document is visible, avoid extreme angles, use adequate lighting. But even imperfect documents often extract well.
"Can it handle handwritten text?"
Yes, though accuracy varies with legibility. Clear, printed handwriting works well. Messy cursive? Lower confidence scores. The system tells you what it's uncertain about so you can review those fields manually.
"How do confidence scores help me?"
Every extracted field has a 0-100% confidence score. High scores (90%+) are typically reliable. Lower scores flag uncertainty. Set your threshold—auto-approve high confidence, route low confidence to human review. You stay in control.
"Our documents are unique to our business."
"We have unusual document types. Do you support them?"
We have 169 pre-built templates covering invoices, tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.), medical records, insurance forms, bills of lading, contracts, ID documents, bank statements, and more. If your document type isn't covered, you can request a custom template. Enterprise customers get custom template development as part of onboarding.
"Our documents come in weird formats. Will this work?"
We support PDF (native and scanned), images (PNG, JPEG, TIFF, WebP), Microsoft Office files (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX), and photos. Scanned documents work. Photos of documents work. The AI handles OCR automatically.
"We have multi-page contracts. How does that work?"
Multi-page documents count as one extraction, one credit. A 50-page contract uses the same credit as a single-page invoice. The AI understands document continuity and extracts data across all pages—line items, clauses, everything.
"Our documents are in Spanish/French/German."
Structurify supports documents in multiple languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and more. Mixed-language documents work too. For specific language questions, contact us.
"We have large files. Is there a size limit?"
Individual files can be up to 20MB. No page limit per document. Enterprise customers have higher file size limits available.
"We handle sensitive data. How do I know you're secure?"
"Will you use our documents to train your AI?"
No. Never. Your documents are processed, extracted, and that's it. We don't use customer documents to train, improve, or fine-tune our AI models. This is a firm commitment in our terms of service. Your confidential business documents stay confidential.
"What security measures do you actually have?"
Enterprise-grade: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), isolated processing environments, secure data centers. Regular security audits and penetration testing. Your documents get the same protection financial institutions use.
"Where is our data stored?"
Secure cloud infrastructure in the EU (default) or US depending on your region. Enterprise customers can specify data residency requirements. All data centers are SOC 2 Type II certified.
"Can we process medical records / financial documents / legal contracts?"
Yes. Structurify handles sensitive documents including medical records, financial statements, and legal contracts. For HIPAA compliance or specific regulatory requirements, contact us to discuss enterprise solutions.
"What about GDPR?"
Fully GDPR compliant. Export your data anytime. Delete on request. We process data only as instructed and don't use your documents for any other purpose. Enterprise customers can access Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
"Can we delete documents after extraction?"
Yes. Delete individual documents or entire projects anytime. Permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Enterprise customers can configure automatic deletion policies.
"AI tools are expensive. Is this worth it?"

How do I purchase more credits?
Purchase additional credits directly within the app at app.structurify.ai. The minimum purchase is 100 credits ($20). Larger quantities can be purchased in any amount.

"Do you have an API?"
Yes. REST API for programmatic document extraction. Upload documents, trigger extractions, retrieve results via API calls. Same credit system as the web interface. Documentation available for all registered users.
"What formats can we export to?"
CSV (spreadsheets, databases), JSON (APIs, applications), or view in-browser. Enterprise customers get additional options including direct database integration.
"Can we automate this with webhooks?"
Yes. Configure webhooks for real-time notifications when extractions complete. Extracted data goes directly to your systems—no manual intervention needed.
