These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Structurify.ai ("Service"), operated by DscvryAI Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Structurify.ai is an AI-powered document extraction service that:

  • Accepts document uploads (PDF, images, Office files)
  • Extracts structured data from documents using AI
  • Provides export capabilities (CSV, JSON)
  • Offers pre-built and custom extraction templates

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 16 years of age

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Credit System and Billing

Credits

  • One credit equals one document extraction
  • Evaluation credits are provided upon registration (10 for personal emails, 50 for work emails)
  • Additional credits can be purchased within the application
  • Minimum purchase is 100 credits ($20 USD)
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active

Pricing

  • Current credit price: $0.20 USD per credit
  • Prices may change with notice to users
  • All purchases are final (see Refund Policy)

Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and regional payment methods
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload documents containing viruses or malware

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of documents you upload and data you extract. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Service

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by DscvryAI Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Extraction results will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet all your requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying extraction accuracy before relying on results
  • Backing up your important documents
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

9. Termination

By You

You may close your account at any time. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay for purchased credits

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Unused credits will not be refunded

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
